At Ocla Botanical, customer privacy and data security are taken seriously. All customer information provided during inquiries, purchases, and private label projects is kept confidential and securely protected. We do not sell, distribute, or share customer information with unauthorized third parties. Customer information is only used for order processing, communication, logistics coordination, and improving our services.
All orders are processed and prepared by Ocla Botanical, while shipment and delivery are handled by third-party logistics and courier companies. Shipping timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, weather conditions, airline schedules, and logistics operations. Ocla Botanical is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen international transit issues beyond our control.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once orders have been processed and shipped. However, if a customer receives the wrong product or an incorrect order, the issue must be reported within 1–2 business days after delivery. Products approved for replacement must be returned in their original condition and packaging before replacement arrangements can proceed.
Shipping insurance is optional during checkout and may be selected by the customer before payment. If shipping insurance is not selected, Ocla Botanical will not be held responsible for damages, loss, or transit-related incidents that occur after shipment has been handed over to the logistics provider. Where insurance is selected and paid for, coverage applies to up to 50% of the product value only, subject to logistics and insurance review processes. Shipping insurance does not cover delays, customs seizures, destination-country import restrictions, or additional government charges.
Product prices paid on our website cover product costs only unless shipping fees are separately selected during checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, storage fees, or additional charges imposed by their destination country. Ocla Botanical does not predict, control, or cover customs-related charges outside Nigeria.
Private label orders are produced based on customer-approved formulations, packaging selections, labeling, and specifications. Once production has commenced after approval, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their requested branding, labeling, and market requirements comply with regulations in their destination country.
Ocla Botanical supplies cosmetic, botanical, and raw material products intended for personal care, manufacturing, and cosmetic applications. Product performance may vary depending on formulation usage, storage conditions, scalp or skin type, and individual response. Customers are advised to conduct their own testing and compatibility evaluations before large-scale commercial use.
